Donald Weber, T-15, died in November 1999 in Daytona Beach, Florida, of cancer and diabetes.  Don was Projects Librarian for the Air Force Library System in Turkey; head of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, Library of Congress; and Chief of the Bureau of Braille and Talking Book Library Services.  He was an author and recipient of awards including the Campbell Medal and Citation from the American Library Association.
