April 1, 1943 – April 14, 2022

William Michael Hartman, “Mike,” sadly passed away on Thursday, April 14th in Woodland Hills, CA, after a battle with cancer.

Mike was born on April 1, 1943, in Waterbury, CT, the son of Bill and Marge (Heckler) Hartman, and was raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University with a master’s degree in Economics. He spent three years in Turkey with the Peace Corps. before obtaining a law degree from the University of Southern California. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Jodi. He is survived by his brother, Chris, his former wife, Lorraine, and their three daughters, Laura Hartman, Joanna (Chase) Parker, and Celeste (Michael) Sekigahama, a grandson Phoenix, and a granddaughter on the way.

Mike loved poker, playing golf with friends, watching sports (especially golf and college basketball), and cheering for the Cubs at Dodger Stadium.
